In-App Purchases

Are your games free to play?

Our games are free to download and play, however some game items can also be purchased for real money (this is not required). These in-app purchases vary in price, ranging from $2.99 to $99.99 in U.S. app stores, for example.

A purchase was made on accident. How do I get refunded?

Truly Social Games does not handle refunds directly. You will need to communicate with the store directly with whom you made the purchase (i.e Apple or Google support).

How do I turn off in-app purchases?

If you want to disable in-app purchases for your child, you can remove any payment info on their device.

If you choose to add payment info you can set up password protection to prevent un-authorized purchases. This can be adjusted in the settings of your preferred app store.

We don’t share any of your personal information except as approved by you or as described below:

We may from time to time share your information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes subject to their separate privacy policies. If you no longer wish to allow us to share your information with third parties, please contact us at support@trulysocialgames.com. If you no longer wish to receive such communications from third parties, please contact that third party directly.

How long do you keep my personal info?

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we’ll retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you services under the Terms of Use.

What are the age limits for your games?

Under our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you must be 13 years of age or over to download and play our games.

Someone is harassing my child in your game. What should I do?

Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@trulysocialgames.com. They’ll look into what’s going on, and in some cases, can ban the offending player.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account you’ll need to contact our support team directly, either by using the support@trulysocialgames.com email or through our in-game contact form.
